Please enclose copies of all items that are applicable:
Copy of Driver's License.
Last one months pay stubs.
Last two years tax returns with W-2s.
Last three months bank statements for all accounts.
Most recent statement showing number and marker value of all securities held.
Rental agreements and increase notification letters for all income property.
Original gift letter, evidence of "donors ability to give" and copy of check upon receipt.
Interlocutory and Final Divorce documents.
Cancelled checks as evidence of Spousal/Child Support income- 6 mos. minimum.
Award letter and most recent check for Social Security, Retirement or Pension income.
Note and Deed of Trust.
Final Settlement Statement for property sold within the last 3 years.
Letter stating the relationship of the co-borrowers.
Letter regarding derogatory credit history.
Letter regarding employment gap.
Self Employed applicants will need to furnish last two years corporate/partnership tax return, a recent financial statement, and a current profit and loss statement.
Copy of front and back of Green Card.
Copy of Business License.
Copy of school transcripts or Diploma if employed for less than 2 years.
Copy of pink slip on vehicles, without liens, that were purchased new within the last 3 years.
Further documentation may be required prior to closing.
